Thus, in the spirit of civility and diplomacy, the two groups can converge afterward and shake hands. Who's with me, comrades?

Let's try again, shall we? We have Pandemic, Ticket to Ride, Scrabble, and Risk, and I will probably buy Small World or Dominion before this comes around. We have three tables for playing games, and will provide a small amount of snacks. Bring snacks and drinks that you'd like to have. I will be working at the NYC Honey Festival at the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk this Saturday. It just occurred to me to post it here. Come take advantage of one of the few remaining nice Saturdays of 2012! And get free samples of local honey, and drink locally-brewed beer with honey in it, and check out a honey extraction and glassed-in observation hive! And probably listen to me geek out about varroa mite mitigation techniques!

Thanks to the answers to my AskMe question, I will be floating around NYC from 9/2 through 9/4 with no firm plans on what to do. I will be staying in Brooklyn (Bushwick, wherever that may be) but I can go wherever the subway/train/bus will take me. Does anyone want to meet up for dinner or some other sort of hanging out?
