I'll be in Phoenix, AZ from Sept. 13 - Sept. 15 for work, so let's chat and eat together! Wednesday at 7, I'll be at The Breadfruit & Rum Bar on East Pierce Street. [more inside]

There's a cool lecture this Wednesday, 6:30, at the Phoenix art museum (which is free after 5:30, and also open until 9!). Let's go and then just look around the museum afterwards +/- a drink afterwards.

Hey there, Meefs! I moved to the East Valley PHX area from NM about 6 months ago and am interested in meeting more new people. I know that Mefites have get-togethers in lot of cool cities. Would anyone from the Phoenix area like to get together and get a meetup started here?

Come join us at Adults' Night Out at the Arizona Science Center, doors open 5:30-9 pm Friday October 3. Entrance is free. We will do dinner beforehand at 6:15 at the nearby Rose and Crown, and head over to the ASC around 7:30. [more inside]

I am going to be in Phoenix this week for work and will have Wednesday and Thursday evenings free. I want to go to Los Sombreros for tacos and Souvia for tea, and will likely also hit Gallo Blanco. I am flexible about what happens when, but if anyone is interested in joining me for either that would be lovely.

Hey all, so I'm relatively new to the Phoenix area and would love to chill with the local mefites. How about a mid-week happy hour? ok. How's everyone with next Thursday, 12/6, at Angel's Trumpet at 6pm?

Is anyone down in the land o'sun that I left 11 years ago? I'm not seeing Phoenix as up in the most active in the last 3 months, and that makes me sad. [more inside]

The Potate and I are looking to form a team (of up to 6) for quiz night. It's every Tuesday night at Hotel Congress. It doesn't necessarily have to be this Tuesday or the next, just any Tuesday mefites can come. We are dorky people who love trivial questions! (and beer!)

The Shelter, Tucson's JFK-era vintage cocktail lounge, has agreed to play Episode 13 of Mad Men, Season 4's final episode, for us MeFites if we bring it in. I hope you'll join me for an old-fashioned tomorrow at 9PM. [more inside]
