11 Madison Ave, New York, NY, USA (Map & Directions)
I'm taking the intern on a tour of NYC journalism hotspots and we might as well have a meetup while we're at it. He's only 18 so bars are out, and we're flying in Monday afternoon so I figure a Monday night meetup would be a good introduction to NYC, good food, and good friends.
I'll give it a shot! I assume the Shake Shack line will only be four hours long at 8PM?

Just had a Shake Shack burger with callmeal this afternoon. It was delicious. I hope I can make it on the 18th.

My boss never took me to Shake Shack when I was an intern, and we had offices literally overlooking the place. Your intern must be having an awesome time. I hope to be there!

Gawd, it's going to be hot and crowded. I'm planning to come, but I might just stay outside where it's slightly more hot but significantly less crowded. *doesn't do well with crowds in tight spaces*

I dint know if I could have taken another 5 minutes though. I'm a rain wimp (it tickles!). But it was a pretty great, if short, meet up and shake shack was awesome as always.
