I was hoping to rally tonight but the case of Canadian Mountain Influenza I contracted over the weekend and called out sick the last 2 days has taken a turn for the worse tonight and I fear my appearance out would cause a public health emergency. I regret none of the bourbon, poutine, hot tubbing, and high altitude ski slope shenanigans. If I survive, I will be there next week.

They have stated that trivia is happening. We're at a table in front with our victory pitcher from last week. We have been warned that we must drink this week's pitcher tonight if we win it. The young woman was quite stern about it.

Someone (maybe Valrus?) left an aluminum water bottle behind. I snagged it, and I'll plan on bringing it next week, unless I get other instructions.

We just can't help but win. Special shout-out to palmcorder_yajna, who crushed the final round into tiny pieces and assuredly squeaked out our victory (by half a point, so I'm told). And I don't think I've said it before, but it's a pleasure to meet those of you I haven't already met. Next week, then.
