I went! It was less pretentious than it sounds, and an interesting insight into the structure of aphorisms and tweets.

After I came home, I realized I should have asked about the apparent recent re-mainstreaming of Adorno and Kraus, and if the fin-de-sicele movements that led to their development were repeated (in the 90s?) and if he viewed himself as part of a new modernism.

I think the answer would have been 'no.'
