Dairy Queen Takes Manhattan

Dairy Queen is now in Manhattan! Fine dining, then drinks at Bunga's Den to follow at about 8pm. (I will update the thread as we migrate.)
Come get a Blizzard, some chicken strips, or maybe even walk away with an ice cream cake. I'm open to options on the venue for the drinks to follow.
There's nothing in the least bit optional about drinks after this. Where to? Bunga's Den?

Sorry, ferret branca, I know Thursday is not a good day for you, but our schedules seem to be diametrically opposed: Thursday is my best day and Wednesday is my worst. I thought about Tuesday, but I remember you said that is not a great day either. Can you come join us for drinks after? *heavy sigh* I guess we will just have to go to Dairy Queen again.

Oh no! More DQ! If y'all are out late I can probably come; class gets out at 9:30 but maybe earlier if I do the right rain dance or something. Save some ice cream cake for me!

This meetup happens to fall exactly one year after a certain Brooklyn meetup at which mlis and I shared tacos. Work keeps me uptown so enjoy the Blizzards without us!

Well, there's no way I'm going to be able to eat anything at DQ tomorrow - whatever viral gastric bug that got me earlier this month that landed me in the ER again on Friday, so I'm still at the boiled chicken & no dairy stage of working my way back to my normal omnivorous diet. But this is right on my way to the PATH station, so I will most likely stop in and hang out for a bit over a ginger ale or something.
