I'd like to take a wander through Chelsea Market, how about you? (Suggestions for alternate bar locations nearby are welcome, in case the Market is some Eataly-like mosh-pit and we need to retreat.)
I could move it out to July 24th if people prefer (I'd rather it be on a Thursday than a Wednesday because the Union Square farmer's market is starting to get the good summer stuff, so I'm likely to be loaded down with perishables on Wednesdays in July)

The 24th would work better for me as well, but if there's a consensus for the the 10th, please go for that. :)

No consensus, I just picked the 10th because the next weekly meetup wasn't posted yet. Moved it out now.

Excellent, the 24th is better for me too. Cull and Pistol has a happy hour (4-6) I've been meaning to get to as well if anyone's interested in an early start.

Uh, I work sometimes in the Google building so very familiar with the scene and it is crazy in there! You'll want to have a place in mind because there will be a ton of people. Cull and Pistol is very good I'm told, but for your consideration let me put forward that the Maritime has la Bottega, which has an outside and two inside bars. I've never seen it packed.

I don't see Maritime or la Bottega listed in the store directory, is it separate from the Market or do they just need to update the website?

Sure, I can do 5-5:15 at C&P. (It's a good idea for us to have a place to meet - I don't think it's nearly as bad as Eataly but we're not going to have the place to ourselves either.)
