1940 North Victory Boulevard, Portland, OR, USA (Map & Directions)
Oregon Human Powered Vehicles is hosting the annual Human Power Challenge at Portland International Raceway.
People from all up and down the west coast (and elsewhere) come to Portland each year with recumbents, electric vehicles, and velomobiles. They race, swap parts, hang out, and generally have a blast with strange vehicles.

aniola and I will be there Saturday and possibly Sunday.

Spectators are free, participants pay $45 for the weekend (+$20 for family members) or $25 for either day.

Also, TerraCycle (not terratrike) and Stites Design will be hosting an open house at their shop Saturday at 7pm.

Again, for emphasis: It's FREE to watch a bunch of crazy superspeed bikes have at it on a race track. This weekend!
