Eric Idle of Monty Python fame will deliver the commencement address at Whitman College on Sunday, May 19, 11AM.
The open seating area [PDF] is on Boyer Ave, just west of Park St. I live nearby so ask about parking if you're not familiar with the area.

If you'd like to meet beforehand, let me know. If you'd like to have a bite and a beverage after, let me know.

Oh man! I would really love to go to this, but unfortunately I am likely to be out of town. I live within walking distance! I think Whitman's cool and am idly thinking about going there eventually. Grarr, can't believe I have a conflict on this.

Wallabear, this looks very cool but i doubt I'll make it. I've got this upper respiratory thing going and trying to breathe/not laugh while placing myself within earshot of eric idle seems quite, well, silly. If only it were someone less funny. Ok.
