Edinburgh Fringe: Who Are You Supposed To Be?

I've written a geek rom com set at a science fiction convention that involves Doctor Who cosplay. It's going to be amazing! Tickets on sale now. It's my first show at Edinburgh Fringe, but we've got an amazing cast on board - including Cameron K McEwan, better known in Doctor Who fandom as Blogtor Who. [more inside]

Painting with Words & Fire (15 - 25 Feb)

Reveling in your passion is one thing, but when does it become an unhealthy obsession? Painting with Words and Fire explores the lives of three women: Penny a pyromaniac, who has a penchant for burning brothels; Jane, searching for one more poem from her boyfriend; and Sophia, trapped inside Lady Macbeth. "Second Samuel" in the Atlanta area

I am appearing in this play this weekend and next. It's really a wonderful, entertaining, moving, and thought-provoking show. If you come, please say "Hey" to Mansel after the show -- I've never met a MeFi-er in real life. [more inside]

Noel Coward play + possible socializing before or after

A pal of mine is in the Silver Spring Stage production of Noel Coward's Private Lives and nearly guarantees a good time to any attendee. Cutting British wit, that sort of thing. It's at 8. Wanna grab beverages/food before &/or after? Update: My pal says, "For pregaming, there's a Mexican place also across the street that is ideal - Fajita Coast." So I hereby propose that we meet there at 7pm. I shall be there with a book in any case. [more inside]

Quarter-Life Crisis (theatre cabaret)

Buffalo Mefites: I'm directing a concert featuring songs from new and un-produced musicals. Most of the songs are new to Buffalo, and we're even premiering a song by a local composer. The show is the night of Curtain Up! so you can go to the street party after. Tickets are available at our website (or at the door). [more inside]
