Proposed: MeFites in Copenhagen?
Any mefites in the Copenhagen/Malmö/Lund area? I'm studying in Lund until the end of May, and figure Copenhagen is big enough that there must be some of us around here... Perhaps April 15, April 17, or sometime the week of the 18th?

Welcome to the lucky thirteenth installment of my monthly variety show (inspired by the Meet The Lady tumblr blog -- a former MetaFilter Project and FPP). The show consists of film/TV clips, live performances and ribald entertainments, hosted by yours truly. This month's theme is Death and the Maiden (Previously, on MeFi Projects). I can't think of a better way to celebrate Good Friday... [more inside]

Proposed: Portland. No, not that one, the Maine one.
Northern New Englanders care to gather in The Big City of Portland? I'm thinking perhaps the weekend of April 17th, but the calendar's wide open, as is the choice of venue -- I don't live in Portland, so somebody else can make an executive decision on that.

Performance: The Emperor Of Atlantis
is the first production by the new opera company I've founded, Dioneo. We'll be staging it at the Cello Factory near Waterloo, London, on the evenings of April 5, 6, 8 and 9 (but not 7.) It's a one-act opera, about an hour long. We at Dioneo believe that opera should be available to everyone, so we've priced tickets at only £12. The venue is intimate and only seats 60, so advance booking is recommended. You can book online here. [more inside]

Exhibition: Will Eisner New York exhibition at MoCCA
Anyone interested in seeing the Will Eisner New York exhibition at MoCCA? After some discussion, I figured Saturday, April 16 might be an auspicious date. I've been to the space before, and though the place isn't huge, this one looks fun. It's $5. Could do lunch before in Chinatown/SoHo also or just meet up at museum at 2:30.
