Last year around this time we made mead, how about this year making beer? Now in a more convenient location!
It has been a while since the last C-bus meetup!

I have all of the equipment, ingredients, and expertise necessary; all that is needed is a house party to make it fun. The beer will take around a month and a half to two months in primary and secondary fermentation before needing to be bottled. They will then then will need a week to a year of tertiary fermentation to mature to taste and level of patience in the bottles themselves.

Assuming there is interest, the only thing missing now is a day to do it.

If the 28th doesn't work then I could totally do the 4th instead.

Seems like a great way to learn more about an interesting hobby without pre-purchasing all the requisite materials. AND it involves beer!

Never been to a Mefite meet up. If it's anything like the reddit meetups I've been to, let's have a sausage party! I'm in!

There can totally be sausages too. I will just need to cook them well before we start the beer as frying anything will get oil into the air, which is terrible for exposed live beer.
