Festival au Desert: The MeFi Edition

This is the longest of the long shots, but ... any other MeFites going to the Festival au Desert outside of Timbuktu, January 12-14? This will be my first one, and it'd be amazing to find another MeFite or two there to enjoy the Sahara and all that incredible music!

An armed gang of kidnappers has abducted three tourists and killed a fourth in the city of Timbuktu in northern Mali, security sources said.
