Halloween something in Philadelphia?

I'm going to be visiting Philadelphia from tonight (Sunday) until Wednesday night. Anybody around?
I know this is a bit short notice, but I'm going to be in Philadelphia this week (though not for the latter part of the week / weekend); anybody want to get together?
I'm going to be staying in Center City (17th & Sansom) and won't have access to a car, but I'm otherwise flexible as to location and timing as long as it's possible to get there in time after work.
Someplace with drinks and food would be great (and I've been hearing good things about food in Philly in general), but otherwise I'm totally open to suggestions.
Venue change: McGlinchey's, 259 S 15th St. Same time, 7:00pm.

A friend suggested that TIME (1315 Sansom Street) might be a good place for a group ... not knowing much else in the area, does anyone have any thoughts on that? Supposedly the food is decent and reasonably priced and on a weeknight it shouldn't be terribly crowded. Say around 7PM? I could do somewhat earlier as well.
Open to criticism if this is a terrible idea.

How about we go a bit simpler, McGlinchey's? Lots of good beers & decent pub food, great atmosphere.
