This week I made marbled sourdough pumpernickel and I'm still working on a rye croissant, but that's a multi-day project.

Here are my rye croissants from last week. One is plain, one has chocolate, and one has blueberries. They were really good.

I just started a batch of bagels that need to be boiled and baked off either tomorrow or Saturday. If my husband doesn't get to them tomorrow, I'll come join and do them then!
