We visited Sam's yesterday to size up the space and parking situation. Here's their diagram of where you're allowed to park (basically, anywhere other than directly in front of the auto parts shop). The space has a few tables inside, though it looks like it's going to be easier to meet outside if the weather's good. They've got a couple dozen drinks on tap, including (iirc) some cider, for those who don't drink beer. I forgot to ask about non-alcoholic bevs, and can check if anybody's interested.

basalganglia, given the venue, you and your brother could just show up to sample some beer, and say hi to internet peoples who also happen to be there :)
If people are feeling peckish, there are Treforni and Makus Empanadas in the mall across the road from Sam's. In Woodcroft Shopping Center behind Sam's, there are Pulcinella's and Chubby's Tacos. There's also Roots Bistro and Bar on Hope Valley Road. And if you want more beer, Growler Grlz is in the same strip as Roots.
