Great! The specific dates we're in Cork are Feb 25 - Mar 2.
We're staying at a studio out on the Western Road (by the college), but have been to Cork once before and can walk/take the bus.
Where do you suggest?

I am also in Cork and totally up for a meetup. Although if it's on election day I won't be able to make it (I'm registered in a completely different constituency.)

Well we're in-country now, and over the jet lag. I'm not positive I know what day elections are being held? We're in Cork for four nights/five days,so they can't *all* be election day!
Would one of the Cork locals please suggest a time/place? As we're strangers here, I wouldn't know what to suggest!

In the event, this meetup was small but perfectly formed! It's always nice to get a big bunch of MeFites together but it was also really, really nice that this one worked out to be just the four of us. Lots of great conversation and an interesting night altogether.
For ther record, dbmcd is delightful and Mr. dbmcd is fabulous. You want them for a meetup near you! :)
