Bring your hammock, if you have one, and join us for a celebration of MetaFilter's 20th anniversary at Lngholmen in Stockholm. Exact meeting place there to be announced. I will bring a cake. Feel free to bring your own lunch, or not.
Also, I want a backup plan in case it rains. Can anyone suggest another place to meet in case of bad weather?
Oh yiss, we should! :) I could probably do with reminder closer to the time.
I would perhaps suggest we meet by Hornshuset and walk over together so if it turns out to be bad weather we can just go to one of the places in Hornshuset instead or to Ho's Chinese or Thai, both excellent and nearby. Anyone lacking a hammock can buy one here for cheaps, should even be able to get it posted in that time. There are also more south-american style ones at Tiger for small money too.

Sounds like we need to find a new date so guys, much as micromeetups are a joy, for weekend events I think it works better with a gang. Should we do a doodle-poll? In that case mebbe bestir anthill generates it since they’re more central to planning. Am up for casual aw weekday in the near future tho l.

I don't know what a doodle-poll is (sigh). Looks like it will be me, Roland, and a cake makes three on Sunday. Y'all, I will be out of town between late August and early October. Please have lots of fun collectively and individually in my absence: There will be a quiz.
