Join us for board games and snacks at our place in Beaverton!
We have lots of games to choose from, and if you have a favorite you’d like to share, please bring it with you! We will have some soft drinks and beer on hand, but if there is a particular beverage you would enjoy having, please bring that too.
We'll start at 1:00pm with pizza for dinner around 6:00pm. We have this set for Saturday, but if Sunday works for more people we can switch it. Hope you can make it!

Seconded, can I bring a snack? I've got my eye on a cookie recipe I want to try out, but could go savory instead if anyone already has a cookie plan in place.

Sure, you can bring anything you like! We haven't decided on the snacks yet so I wouldn't worry too much about duplicates. And if you don't feel like bringing anything, that's totally fine, too. We should have plenty of food.

I'm making this cookie recipe. I don't remember where I found this link, but it sounds pretty tasty, The dough is chilling in my fridge now- I'll make them up tomorrow morning.

Today's the day! A few last minute tidbits: if you're using GPS, it might have our street name listed as one word ("Madhatter") or two ("Mad Hatter"); street parking can be tight, but you're welcome to park in the driveway or the gravel parking area next to it; and there will be some non-MeFites coming, too, so if you meet someone out front who has no idea what MetaFilter is, you're not necessarily in the wrong place.

Yeah, that was rad! I regret spending so much time in prison in Leon but other than that A+++ would boardgame again
