We'll be going to Medaterra on Connecticut at 6:45 on Saturday for dinner. Join us and celebrate an out-of-town MeFite!
I've made a reservation and I'm happy to change it as necessary but I'd like to give them a firm and accurate number as soon as possible so if you could please RSVP early that would be fantastic. Hopefully we'll have a big group and see you all soon!
First day of second job as a massage therapist, can't make it this time. Have fun!

I'm guessing from their website that they have someone who seats people, as opposed to it being a wander around kinda place, so I think as long as we whisper the secret cabal passphrase: "We're from the internet!", we shall be ushered deferentially to the secret lair, or table, as the case may be. (There is no cabal).

Yeah, my plan was to try to show up a bit early so anyone who shows up at like 6:20 can just ask the awkward-looking group of weirdos outside "are you from the internet?".
Barring that, usually someone posts where we are sitting in the thread and if you're really not sure MeFi mail me and I'll probably get it.

Okay they just called to confirm; we'll be sitting outside and I told the that if anyone looks confused and asks for "the internet" or "Metafilter" to send them over to us. Worst case scenario we end up with a bunch of confused strangers which is basically what we're all planning to do anyway so I think it will be fine.
