It's been a while since we've had a meetup 'round these parts. Let's rectify that!
WHERE:
I propose anywhere in downtown Santa Barbara, as it will be about the middle point for people in nearby cities. I'll poke around for places that serve good beer and decent food. If you're interested in coming and have a specific dietary preference, let me know so I can make sure they can accommodate you.

I'm completely open to suggestions, though!

Downtown SB in the evening works for me. I haven't had the food at the new Figueroa Brewery place in the Funk Zone but I've enjoyed the beers I've had there. It could be crowded on a Friday night though.

Fig would be very convenient, since I live in the Funk Zone (we worship at the altar of Phelps Collins). I can't attest to their food, though. You're also right about Friday being busy...

So fig is at capacity. change of venue: let's move to reds across the street. Look for the bearded dude with Brown shoes and a fake leather jacket. Ask for friends of Matt Haughey
