Assuming it's staying in the same general vicinity, I went to 61 Local not to long ago, and it wasn't that crowded. I also find Freddy's to be not too crowded on the weekend (but that's not super convenient to a lot of people).

It is the Brooklyn one but we are doing it on Saturday. I would do two but there is a limit to the amount of time my partner is willing to parent alone per week while I go out drinking with my internet friends.
